FAMILY HISTORY PICTURE GALLERY
William Clingly was born on 4th July 1875 and was the youngest child of Seigfrid Klingele (Frederick CLINGLY) and Anne WELLBURN. Baptised with the name Klingele on 18th July 1875, he was known as Clingly in subsequent records and within the family - as they all were.

William was a French Polisher and married Minnie ROWNTREE some time before 1906. He and his elder brother, Edwin, married two ROWNTREE sisters, so their families were doubly related!
